Die vierte Front auf Kobanê: Türkei und der IS Hand in Hand

Seitdem am frühen Morgen des 29.11. der Islamische Staat (IS) vom türkischen Territorium aus mehrere Selbstmordanschläge am Grenzübergang Mürşitpınar direkt im Norden der Stadt Kobanê unternommen hat, kommt es in allen vier Seiten der Stadt zu heftigen Kämpfen zwischen den Verteidigungseinheiten und dem IS. Wie die Volksverteidigungseinheiten der YPG berichten, sei gestern gegen 5 Uhr morgens Ortszeit ein mit Sprengstoff beladenes Fahrzeug des IS am Grenzübergang in die Luft gejagt worden. Zeitgleich haben sich zwei weitere Selbstmordattentäter ebenfalls an Grenze in die Luft gejagt. Alle drei Anschläge seien vom türkischen Staatsgebiet aus organisiert worden. Sofort nach den Anschlägen habe der IS sowohl seine Angriffe an den Fronten im Osten, Süden und Westen der Stadt intensiviert, als auch vom Norden her eine neue Front auf Kobanê eröffnet. Während an der Ostfront die Kämpfe mit dem IS in der Stadt fortgesetzt werden, habe der IS an der Südfront zunächst versucht mit Selbstmordanschlägen die Verteidigungslinien zu durchbrechen und anschließend mit dem Einsatz von drei Panzern ihre Angriffe fortgesetzt. “Wir konnten zwei ihrer Panzer vernichten und den Vormarsch des IS an dieser Front stoppen”, heiß es weiter in der Erklärung der YPG.

Kurz nach den Anschlägen am Grenzübergang wurden außerdem IS Kämpfer gesichtet, die vom türkischen Staatsgebiet aus in Richtung Kobanê schossen. Wie Videoaufzeichnungen belegen verschanzten sich IS Kämpfer hinter Getreidesilos, die sich im Osten des Grenzübergangs Mürşitpınar befinden, und gaben von dort aus immer wieder Schüsse ab. Augenzeugen berichten, dass das türkische Militär an der Grenze die Kämpfer des IS bei ihren Angriffen gewähren lässt. Außerdem sollen sich IS-Kämpfer in den beiden Dörfern Etmanek und Serxet, die sich ebenfalls auf der türkischen Seite der Grenze befinden und aus denen die Einwohner aus Sicherheitsgründen evakuiert worden waren, niedergelassen haben. Auch von diesen beiden Dörfern aus kommt es seit gestern immer wieder zu Angriffen auf Kobanê.

Gouverneur gesteht vom türkischen Staatsgebiet ausgehende IS-Angriffe

Infolge der neuen Angriffswelle auf Kobanê suchte der HDP Abgeordnete Ibrahim Ayhan am Samstag den Gouverneur der Provinz Riha (Urfa) auf. Im Gespräch mit dem Gouverneur İzzettin Küçük habe dieser zugegeben, dass IS-Kämpfer auch von der Grenzstadt Suruç aus, das zur Provinz Riha gehört, Kobanê angreifen.
Zeitgleich mit dem Beginn der Angriffe des IS am Morgen des 29.11. wurden in Suruç die Stromleitungen abgeschaltet. Der Gouverneur begründete dies damit, dass die Stromleitungen ausgetauscht wurden. Allerdings gaben Mitarbeiter des staatlichen Stromversorgungsunternehmens in Suruç an, dass sie “von oben” den Befehl erhalten hatten, zwischen 4Uhr und 5Uhr morgens die Stromzufuhr in der Stadt abzustellen haben.
Nach Angaben des HDP Abgeordneten Ayhan lege der Verdacht nahe, dass der Strom abgestellt worden ist, damit die IS-Kämpfer unbehelligt ihre Angriffe auf Kobanê von Suruç aus vorbereiten konnten.

KCK: Die Türkei hält die Angriffe des IS auf Kobanê am Leben

In einer schriftlichen Erklärung nahmen gestern die Co-Vorsitzenden des KCK-Exekutivrates Stellung zu den erneuten Angriffen des IS auf Kobanê. In der Erklärung heißt es unter anderem, dass die Faschisten des Islamischen Staates ihre bislang tödlichsten Schläge in Kobanê erlitten haben und die Angriffe auf die Stadt nur durch die Unterstützung des türkischen Staates am Leben erhalten werden. “Auch wenn der AKP-Staat immer wieder verleugnet, dass sie den IS bei ihren Angriffen auf Kobanê unterstützt, tauchen fast täglich neue Beweise auf, die das Gegenteil belegen”, heißt es weiter in der Erklärung. Der KCK rief die Bevölkerung Kurdistans dazu auf, überall auf den Straßen solange zu protestieren, solange die Unterstützung der AKP für den IS anhält.

HDP'den Davutoğlu'na Kobanê saldırısıyla ilgili kritik sorular

ANKARA - HDP Şırnak Milletvekili Faysal Sarıyıldız, Türkiye tarafından Kobanê Kantonu'na yönelik yapılan iki ihtihar saldırısına ilişkin Başbakan Ahmet Davutoğlu tarafından yanıtlanması istemiyle Meclis Başkanlığı'na yazılı soru önergesi verdi.

DİHA'nın haberine göre Sarıyıldız, önergesinin gerekçesinde, Rojava Kürdistan'da kurulmaya çalışılan demokratik sistemin bölgesel aktörleri rahatsız ettiğini söyledi.

'Türkiye-IŞİD ilişkisinin en vahim örneği dün yaşandı'

Türk askerlerinin IŞİD çeteleri ile olan samimi görüntülerinin çoğu kez basına yansımasının ardından bu ilişkinin en vahiminin dün Murşitpınar Sınır Kapısı'na yönelik yapılan ihtihar saldırısında yaşandığına işaret eden Sarıyıldız, şunlara değindi: "Sabah saat 05.00 sularında Türkiye tarafından geldiği belirtilen bomba yüklü bir aracın Mürşitpınar Sınır Kapısı üzerinden Kobanê'ye geçerken infilak ettiği iddia edilmektedir. Başbakanlık Basın Yayın ve Enformasyon Genel Müdürlüğü (BYEGM) Suruç Basın Merkezi ile Urfa Valisi yaptıkları ayrı açıklamalarda söz konusu saldırıda, aracın Türkiye topraklarından geçerek sınır kapısına ulaştığı iddialarının doğru olmadığı beyanatını verdi. Ancak görgü tanıklarının ifadelerine göre sınırdaki kilitli demir kapının, araç tarafından yıkıldığı belirtilmektedir. Öte yandan Fırat Haber Ajansı'nın (ANF) paylaştığı görüntü ve fotoğraflarda da Türkiye tarafından TMO'ya ait buğday silosuna yerleşen IŞİD çetecilerinin sınır kapısına ve kente saldırdığı açıkça görülmektedir Kobanê'nin kent girişine ve TMO'ya ait buğday silosuna oldukça yakın olan Suruç'un Etmanekê Köyü'nde köylülerin anlatımına göre saat 16:15 sıralarında 1'i yaralı 15 IŞİD çete mensubunun boş bir eve girdiği, hava karardıktan sonra 7 zırhlı aracın köye girdiği ileri sürülmektedir."

'Saldırılar nasıl fark edilmedi?'

Türkiye'de 6-7-8 Ekim olaylarında yaşanan toplumsal ayağa kalkışın Türkiye ile DAİŞ arasındaki ilişkiye dönük öfkenin dışa vurumu olduğuna dikkat çeken Sarıyıldız, Başbakan Davutoğlu'na şu soruları yöneltti: "Türkiye tarafından geldiği belirtilen bomba yüklü bir aracın Mürşitpınar Sınır Kapısı üzerinden Kobanê'ye geçerken infilak ettiği iddiası hakkında herhangi bir soruşturma başlatılmış mıdır? Türkiye tarafından TMO'ya ait buğday filosuna yerleşen IŞİD çetelerinin sınır kapısına ve kente saldırdığı anın görüntü ve fotoğrafları hakkında herhangi bir inceleme başlatılmış mıdır? TMO ile Mürşitpınar Sınır Kapısı arasında sadece 25 metre mesafe olmasına rağmen sınır kapısında bulunan askerler buğday silosuna yerleşen IŞİD çetelerine neden müdahale etmemiştir? Mürşitpınar Sınır Kapısı'ndaki kilitli demir kapı nasıl yıkılarak yere serilmiştir? Milletvekillerinin dahi Mürşitpınar Sınır Kapısına yaklaşmasına izin vermeyen asker ve polisler nasıl olur da IŞİD çetelerinin geçişini fark etmemiştir? 1'i yaralı 15 IŞİD çete mensubunun Etmanekê Köyü'nde boş bir eve girdiği, hava karardıktan sonra 16 zırhlı aracın köye girdiği iddia doğru mudur? Söz konusu iddia doğru ise 15 çete mensubu zırhlı araçlar tarafından nasıl fark edilmedi? Ya da çete üyeleri başka bir alana mı taşındı?

'IŞİD'in varlığı 'kamu güvenliği' için tehdit değil mi?'

Devletin "güvenlik" gerekçesi ile sınır hattında boşalttığı köyler IŞİD çetelerinin geçişini kolaylaştırmak için mi yapıldı? Mürşitpınar Sınır Kapısını 24 saat boyunca izleyen kamera ve termal kamera görüntüleri Suruç Kaymakamı'nın bizzat masasındaki monitöründen izlenmektedir. Söz konusu görüntü ve kayıtlar incelendi mi? Ayrıca sınır kapısında zırhlı araçtan yakın mesafeden çekilen görüntü kayıtları incelendi mi? Ortadoğu'da ezilen halklara ve inançlara karşı vahşice yöntemlere başvuran IŞİD'in Türkiye'yi bir üs olarak kullanmasına karşı bir kendilerini savunan YPG/YPJ güçlerinin sınıra yaklaşmasına izin vermeyen askerler neden aynı yaklaşımı IŞİD çetelerine göstermemektedir? Saldırının heyetimizin uzun bir aradan sonra Kürt Halk Önderi Sayın Abdullah Öcalan'la yapacağı güne denk gelmesi bir tesadüf müdür? Bu tür eylemlerin sürece zarar verecek, sekteye uğratacak bir boyutunun olması hükümetinizi ilgilendirmiyor mu? IŞİD'in Türkiye Cumhuriyeti topraklarından bu tür saldırılar düzenlemesi çokça sözüne edilen "Kamu güvenliği"nin tesisi için bir tehdit oluşturmuyor mu? İnsanlık dışı bir yapılanmanın, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti topraklarından başka bir ülkenin topraklarına yaptığı bu saldırı egemenlik hakkının ve toprak bütünlüğünün ihlali değilse ne anlama geliyor? Kobanê'de bir vekalet savaşı mı yürütülüyor? KCK'nin ve Kürt Halk Önderi Sayın Abdullah Öcalan'ın Kobanê'yi kırmızı çizgileri olarak ilan etmelerine rağmen halen Kobanê'ye yönelik bu saldırıların çözüm sürecini geri dönülemeyecek bir şekilde çözeceği ve ülkeyi bir iç savaşın eşiğine getireceğine dair kaygılar karşısında kamuoyunu tatmin edecek somut ne gibi adımlar atmayı planlıyorsunuz? Rojava ve Kobanê politikanız somut olarak hangi kriterlere dayanmaktadır? Rojavada'ki kantonları kabul etmeyi düşünüyor musunuz? Rojava'da yaşayan Kürtlerin kolektif hakları konusunda somut eylem planınız nedir?"
